2019 Pizza Expo

In just a few weeks our team is headed out to Las Vegas to experience the International Pizza Expo. This is any pizza lovers dream. This international industry show is in its 35th year and brings together all aspects of the industry. The trade show includes exhibitors cover everything a current or aspiring pizza entrepreneur could desire. Everything from ingredients, ovens, point-of sales systems and more will be showcased on the event floor. You can also learn from the best in the industry, from both a business and culinary perspective.

For us, we’re excited to participate in many of the events. This includes keynotes, demos, the International Pizza Challenge, and the World Pizza Games. Some may not think of Tucson as a pizza city, but as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, it’s no surprise its home to many World Pizza champs. We’re still planning our itinerary for the event, but you can bet we’ll be cheering on all participants from Tucson.
